Delete your Bakasana account and data
Bakasana does not operate separate username/password accounts. When you sign in, the App uses your Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) identity. Guest Mode stores data only on your device.
This page explains how to delete data linked to your use of Bakasana.
Option 1 — Delete everything on this device (fastest)
- Open Settings on your phone.
- Find Bakasana in the app list.
- Tap Delete App / Uninstall.
Deleted immediately on the device:
- Practice progress, streaks, and preferences stored locally
- Optional body weight
- Practice Timeline clips, posters, and generated videos (if enabled)
- Legal acceptance and session preferences stored by the App
Not deleted by uninstall alone:
- Cloud progress saved in Game Center or Play Games (if you previously signed in)
- Leaderboard scores on Game Center / Play Games
- Analytics and crash diagnostics already sent to Firebase (Google)
Option 2 — Signed-in users: remove cloud progress and platform data
Android (Google Play Games)
- In Bakasana, open Profile and tap Sign out (or delete the App after this step).
- Open the Google Play Games app (or Google Play → Play Games → your profile).
- Go to Settings → Delete Play Games account & data or manage Saved games for Bakasana and remove saved data associated with this app.
- To remove leaderboard participation, manage your Play Games profile and app permissions in your Google Account settings.
Alternatively, email us (Option 3) with your Play Games player ID if shown in Profile, and we will guide you through removal where we can assist.
iOS (Apple Game Center)
- In Bakasana, open Profile and sign out, or uninstall the App.
- On your iPhone, open Settings → Game Center.
- Manage your Game Center account or sign out of Game Center on this device.
- To remove Bakasana saved games, you may need to delete Bakasana cloud save data from Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Saved Data (wording may vary by iOS version), or contact us with your Game Center player details.
Option 3 — Request deletion by email (analytics & support)
Email bakasana.app@gmail.com with the subject Bakasana account deletion request.
Include:
- Platform (iOS or Android)
- Your Game Center or Play Games display name (if you signed in)
- Your player ID (shown in Bakasana Profile when signed in, if available)
- Whether you used Guest Mode only
We will respond within 30 days and delete or anonymize identifiable analytics/crash records where technically feasible.
What we delete vs. what may be retained

We do not maintain a separate Bakasana user database or server-side account store.
Guest Mode users
If you only used Continue without account:
- Uninstalling Bakasana removes all App data from your device.
- Email us if you want help confirming that no platform account was linked.
